MANAGEMENT and ADMINISTRATION The management of the proposed Antique Medical Center will
be entrusted to the St. Anthony’s College community. This will be governed by the College President and directed by the Hospital Administrator, supported by the middle managers, namely: the Chief of Clinics, Nursing Director, and the Administrative Officer. Please refer to the organizational chart. The Chief of Clinics covers the following areas:
Pediatric, Radiology, Pathology, Surgery, OB, Anaesthesiology, Cancer Theraphy, and Internal Medicine. Internal Medicine includes Family Medicine, Pulmonary, Cardiovascular and Rehab Medicine. The Surgery includes Opthalmology, ENT, Urology, and Orthopedics. The Nursing Director take charge of the patient care
services and social services. The Administrative Officer will supervise the finance services, special services, support services and ancillary services. All other financial services not mentioned in the chart shall be handled by the Finance Office of St. Anthony’s College. The operational policies of the Medical Center shall be
independent of the school operations. Details are provided in the Management and Administration section of this study. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the center shall be the SAC College President who operates under the supervision of the SAC Board of Trustees. The center shall be manned by competent and qualified
personnel who shall undergo rigid hiring procedures and continuous training and development. The human resource management shall be under SAC. The center shall be able to employ from a level of 152 manpower in year 1 to 255 in year 5.
